The business owner meets with the business coach either weekly or bi-weekly for a minimum of one hour. After completion of an in-depth assessment of the current state of the owner’s business, SMART goals will be developed to address the business owner’s action priorities. The business coach assists the business owner in keeping focused on his goals and accountable for tangible progress. Targeted Business Solutions can provide specialized business tools to support the business owner’s objectives in areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, financial analysis, and operational systemization. In addition to the One-on-One sessions, this program includes unlimited phone and email support.
Group Coaching
Business Effectiveness Series
This 13-week program is designed for business owners who would like to learn in a workshop format. Meeting for 2 hours per week, business owners are challenged with exercises to design systems for vision and mission, leadership skills, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial management. All materials are provided. (10 person limit)
BANG! Business Accountability and Networking Group
Bang! Is a peer group advisory board approach that uses a facilitator and a “Mastermind” model to help business owners improve profitability and efficiency. Members of a BANG! group come from non-competing industries and, through confidential discussions, help each other strategize for greater success. The BANG! group meets every other week for 2 hours and is limited to 6 participants plus the coach facilitator.
